When I was a child, I was obsessed with three things: treehouses, drawing, and watching people when they thought no one was looking. Every project still starts there for me: curiosity, odd little juxtapositions, and the question, “How could this be simpler, more human, and still hold all this complexity?”

I like borrowing from nature and from the way good systems work. Creativity, for me, is curiosity applied. It’s connecting dots that don’t seem to belong together, then finding one clear line through the mess, a solution that feels both surprising and inevitable.

I don’t want ideas that only live on a whiteboard. I work with leaders who want their thinking challenged in service of something real. Together we stress test assumptions, redesign workflows, and build strategies that reshape the work while still delivering what matters.

Mostly, I try to leave the systems, teams, and ideas I touch a little better than I find them. I hope I sometimes do.
